No-Bake Mango Yogurt Chocolate Bites (why you'll love them)
If you're looking for the perfect no-bake mango dessert that actually satisfies your sweet tooth, you have to try these no bake mango yogurt chocolate bites. The natural sweetness of mango paired with creamy Greek yogurt (sneaky protein + probiotics) and topped with dark chocolate is such a good combo. The richness of the 70% dark chocolate balances out the sweetness of the mango perfectly, making these one of my favourite easy, healthy no-bake desserts.
I love these all year round, but they're especially refreshing to make in the summer when you don't want to turn the oven on. Highly recommend meal prepping a batch and keeping them in the freezer for when your sweet tooth hits (just let them thaw for about 10 minutes before!). The best part? These mango yogurt bites are made with just 3 simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals. Pour melted chocolate into your silicone molds, covering the bottom and the sides. Flash freeze for 10 minutes or until set.
- Step 2: Dice the mango into approx. inch thick pieces. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and diced mango. Gently fold together until evenly mixed.
- Step 3: Remove the molds from the freezer. Add 2-3 teaspoons of the mango yogurt mixture to each mold on top of the set chocolate base.
- Step 4: Drizzle or spread the remaining melted chocolate over the yogurt layer to create the top.
- Step 5: Freeze for 2 hours or until completely set. Remove from molds and sprinkle with sea salt.
Pro Tips
- Let the bites sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving for easier eating
- Use the ripest mango for the best natural sweetness
- If your chocolate is too thick, add a tiny bit of coconut oil to thin it out
Frequently Asked Questions

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 week. For best texture eat cold.
What type of mold should I use?
Silicone molds work best as they're easy to remove the bites from. You can also use silicone ice cube trays!
What chocolate should I use?
I used a high-quality dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content. Refined sugar free chocolate works great too.
